About us
Guy is originally from the Lake District and now lives in Winchester with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys cycling on the South Downs, fell walking in the Lakes and coastal walks with his family in Cornwall.
Guy has over 20 years experience in supply chain, initially specialising in demand forecasting and inventory management he then moved into senior global roles with responsibility for the end to end supply chain.
He worked within the retail, FMCG and consumer products manufacturing industries holding supply chain positions in B&Q, TCC Global, working with some of the world’s leading retailers such as Carrefour, Tesco, 7-Eleven, Aldi, Esselunga, Netto, Conad, Auchan, Bilka.
Guy then moved into consulting, initially with EY working on a large MoD supply chain transformation before enjoying a successful independent career and setting up Reuleaux, working across different industries and markets in the private and public sector before most recently launching Guy Redhead & Co.
Guy has worked with clients such as BAE Systems, Oxford Biomedica, Guy’s & St Thomas NHS Trust, NHS Supply Chain, Hampshire County Council, Reading Borough Council, TT Electronics, KPMG, PWC, Aqdot, DE&S and the MoD.
